Production & Consistency Focus

Schedule: Early mornings (flexible), part-time or full-time

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and bake breads, quiche, egg cups, and pastries
  • Follow recipes and production schedules precisely
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation
  • Support daily bakery production alongside the team

What We're Looking For:

  • Some baking or kitchen experience
  • Comfort working early mornings
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and follow systems

Level 2 Lead Baker

Lead Production & Creative Support

Schedule: Early mornings, leadership role

Pay: Higher rate, based on experience and responsibility

What You'll Do:

  • Lead daily bakery production and batching
  • Train and support Level 1 bakers
  • Help refine recipes and improve processes
  • Ensure product quality, consistency, and food safety
  • Assist with new product testing

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of bakery or production kitchen experience
  • Strong understanding of baking fundamentals
  • Organized, calm, and solution-oriented
  • Experience with volume and timing adjustments
